The Buick Owner Center resides at Buick.com. To access your account, visit Buick.com and select “My Account” or the account icon in the top right corner. In My Account, you can shop OnStar®1 and Connected Services plans, review payment history, view diagnostic reports2, schedule service and more — all in one convenient location.
As a Buick owner, you can find answers to questions you may have about your vehicle’s functionality, such as how to connect with Bluetooth®3 and where to find the wireless charging pad4 (if equipped). You can access information regarding Roadside Assistance, what’s covered under warranty and whether there’s a recall on the vehicle. You also can download a digital version of your vehicle’s Owner Manual.
Once you’ve signed in, scroll down the Buick.com webpage and find your “garage” by clicking on “My Buick Account.” You also can click on “myBuick App” to download the myBuick mobile app5. Through the app, you can access features such as remote lock/unlock, locate your vehicle (through a redesigned map experience via the map tab), or check the vehicle’s diagnostics.
Click on your name at the top right corner of the website again and navigate to “Account Overview.” This is where you can utilize Family Sharing and add up to eight family members, who can then share in the vehicle’s connected features and remote commands. Each family member can use their own mobile app account. Owners also can add a vehicle that does not have connected features, and this will allow you to access vehicle-specific information, including dealer service history, warranties and recalls. If vehicle owners still have questions, they can reach out to a specialist with the click of a button.
And don’t forget to check out the “Rewards Programs” tab, where you can access programs such as My Buick Rewards6, so you can begin earning points for things you’re already doing related to your vehicle.
